The first Draw will be made on Sunday 26th December, 2004 and then on each Sunday at 8 p.m. GMT. The complete results and winnings are published on the site at that moment.

1. When you join www.20000dollarsforlife.com, produced by the offshore company Dream Concept International Ltd., you confirm and agree that you understand all the details of our program and that you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. All programs that belong to our web site www.20000dollarsforlife.com, as well as any new program pertaining to the same source are protected by copyrights and are the sole property and responsibility of the Dream Concept International Ltd. company, here after called " Dream Concept ".

3. The members of www.20000dollarsforlife.com must be 18 years or over in order to register on our site. Hence, Dream Concept might ask for an age proof before paying the members.

4. All transactions are made in offshore area, regardless of where the request originated. It is therefore the member's sole responsibility to comply to his/hers local laws and regulations, as Dream Concept can not be held responsible for any legal or financial argument.

5. Dream Concept's employees and members of their immediate families, their direct or indirect partners are not eligible to register as members to www.20000dollarsforlife.com.

6. Also, Dream Concept assumes the right to close any member's account without any further explanations. Player's accounts will be considered as abandoned and automatically closed without any refund if there is no movement during 6 continuous months or if they don't login in their account during 6 continuous months.

7. All payments made by members to our site are final, non-refundable nor non-cancelable once they are accepted by Dream Concept.

8. The members can register for FREE during an unlimited period. During this period, they can start to make referrals for www.20000dollarsforlife.com. By this way, they can win referral bonuses from their affiliates who buy our Lotto tickets.

9. During the Free membership period, they can decide at any moment to buy our Lotto tickets.

10. The game is valid for a limitless period. A member can close his account at any time, but then he loose all amounts that are waiting in his account in the site.

12. Members are allowed to open only ONE account. In case they open several accounts, it will be considered as a fraud and the accounts of this member will be automatically closed without any refund. To control this rule, we store the IP numbers of each member.

13. Members can fund their account by E-Gold and Alertpay. We limit the payments to $ 100.00 per day for each player.

16. When Members withdraw money from their 20000dollarsforlife account, we charge 5% fees with a minimum of $ 2.00. The minimum amount to withdraw is floored at $ 20.00 for each request. Members can withdraw maximum once a week.

17. When Members win an amount under $ 100.00, the amount is paid to their account immediately after the validation of each draw. The amounts from $ 101 to $ 1,000 are paid after the last draw available on the ticket. The amounts from $ 1,000 to $ 5,000 are paid one week after the last draw available on the concerned ticket.

Bigger won amounts will be paid after a personal contact with the winners by the best ways that they will propose.

When a Member wins the JACKPOT of 20,000 Dollars each month for LIFE (or more) this monthly payment will start 3 months after the last draw of the concerned winning ticket.

For security reasons, the gain payments will be carried out as fast as possible, after we have controlled the member's account, within a period of minimum one day and maximum 30 days.

18. Only E-mail correspondence with the Bluedollar site or the company Dream Concept International Ltd. is authorized. No postal correspondence nor phone call, nor fax, will be accepted and no information released.

19. Dream Concept cannot be carried responsible for any technical hitch arriving in the course of the program, due to member or provider mishandle, regardless of the nature of this technical hitch. A security system is established by Dream Concept in order to back up all the operations that occur before a possible incident. This database will be consulted by Dream Concept in the event of a dispute, regardless of its nature.

20. We don't allow SPAM. Member's who will be considered as spammers will have their account closed without any refund, after an inquiry.

21. Any decision taken by Dream Concept is final and will not be the object of any dispute or opposition, regardless of its nature.

22. Members accept to receive regularly confirmation emails and news from www.20000dollarsforlife.com. The fact to refuse these emails will have the automatic effect to close their account and they will lose any amount that would still appear in their accounts.

23. Dream Concept reserves the right to modify its rules at any moment, without prior notice. The players are supposed to consult the rules before to access our site.

24. All these articles come into power immediately and with retroactive effect for the operations in progress.
